The Dongling family of Water-Cooled Vibration Test Systems are well suited to test a wide range of products. Depending on the revolutionary of efficient and advanced closed-loop water cooling technology, the force and payload capabilities have been promoted to a new level. Water cooled shakers become increasingly used for commercial and military applications in the fields of aerospace, aviation, defense, watercraft, telecom, automotive, electronics, home appliances and more. With output force ratings from 5,000 kg to 36,000 kg peak force, these shakers are designed to provide continuous duty over a wide-band frequency range of up to 3000 Hz. Their outstanding payload capabilities vary from 800 kg to 6000 kg.Additional standard features include: integral payload support, rotating trunnion base with pneumatic isolation, 1:1 Sine to Random output force ratio and high fundamental armature resonance.All Dongling Vibration Systems are built and tested in full compliance with ISO-5344.
Standard vibration systems consist of an electro-dynamic exciter (the “shaker”), a state-of-the-art air-cooled switching power amplifier with field power supply and a water cooling unit. Optional items including slip tables, head expanders, accelerometers and PUMA or JAGUAR vibration controllers can be added upon request.
How to select the suitable model
It is critical to consider the size and position of the test article and the total moving mass of the payload as well as the payload’s inertial and overturning moments when selecting a system for your application. Efficient Water Cooling
Recently re-engineered for optimal cooling capacity, the efficient parallel water cooling design contributes to our system’s outstanding overall reliability.Our new and improved parallel cooling design uses respective closed-loops for armature coil, field coils and copper rings to get optimal cooling capabilities.
MPCS as A Standard Configuration
The MPCS(Magnetic&Pneumatic centering system) is a specially-designed device used for armature centering under the circumstances of static or dynamic payloads. It ensures continuous and smooth running at along stroke status.
Integral Payload Support
Dongling’s internal and external air chambers design greatly raises the maximum payload ability and reduces noise level.
Air-Isolated Rotating Trunion
All Dongling shakers come standard in a rotating trunnion for easy 90° rotation between the horizontal and vertical test axes. A labor-saving worm wheel is designed for this rotation, which make it friendly for both men and women. Dongling trunnions are pneumatically isolated providing high stability and allowing for direct mounting onto conventional industrial concrete floors. All shakers are optionally available with an integrated or stand-alone slip table assembly.
D-Class Switching Amplifier
Our state-of-art modular switching amplifiers are 100% air-cooled with redundant safety systems and system interlocks insuring performance that is reliable and stable. All amplifiers adopt IGBT power modules of high quality.
